Responsibilities:

  • Positions handled in Non-Tech hiring - Entry level to executive level
  • Has strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing and closing.
  • To collaborate with different teams to get schedules and set up interviews
  • Use different platforms to source candidates using correct search strings
  • Maintain recruitment database with all candidate records
  • Manage the end to end life cycle of recruitment
  • Act as liaison with employment agencies 

What do we expect from you?

  • 4-6 years of non technical recruitment experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience - Masters degree or MBA a plus point.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
  • Experience with creating search strings (Boolean search)
  • Experience in working with Social Media and other channels of sourcing
  • Start-up and people management experience is preferred
