This role will require you to lead by example, exceeding your individual sales targets and insipring the team to follow.



Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with key technology partner managers globally to drive Co-marketing, referral and Integration programs.
  • Connect with relevant stakeholders in partner organizations to evangelise MoEngage.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in partner organization.
  • Execute GTM plans with partners to build a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop co-branded collateral, joint case studies, blogs and video assets to support GTM activities.

Program Management

  • Manage Partner Program activities like Market Development Funding Requests,Portal Management, Content Development, Event Participation etc.
  • Run periodic regional prospecting programs, account mapping exercises between MoEngage sales teams and partner teams.
  • Co-ordinate activities between marketing teams and partners on joint marketing programs.
  • Lead Management.
  • Run periodic pipeline check points to identify opportunities from Partners.
  • Co-ordinate with sales teams to pass along opportunities and ensure teaming between sales team and partners.


  • 3 to 5 years experience, preferably in business development, alliances.
  • A strong communicator, comfortable engaging with senior executives of partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Team player, with ability to engage and drive wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
