Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Consultative approach to sales – in charge of initiating conversations  and establishing relationships with prospects, creating appropriate content, presenting compelling information to prospects
  • Research, and engage mid market accounts within your respective geos and verticals
  • Actively manage  pipeline in Salesforce and set up nurturing activities to generate active engagement. 
  • Work cross-functionally with the Marketing Team and Inside sales to intensify inbound leads and outbound prospecting efforts
  • Set up comprehensive prospecting approaches (1:1, account based marketing , event participation,  outbound campaigns, etc. including emails and calls
  • Be the expert in your territory understanding networking the key players, opportunities, market trends, and challenges
  • Be leader within their team, helping drive more productivity and ensure delivery for our customersWork with Account Executive to, together, drive business into your designated territories


  • 2+ years of business development experience with a SaaS solution or relevant field
  • Business level written and spoken English and German or above
  • Demonstrated success pitching to the c-suite within Mid Market organisations
  • Knowledge of the verticals listed above
  • Strong understanding of the Martech space, preferably with mobile and apps
  • Bachelor's degree
