Position Summary:

MoEngage is seeking a Social Marketing Expert who can lead and scale our social media and content marketing efforts through out-of-the-box campaign ideas. This role will serve as the voice of our brand to our customers across our social media footprint. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media channels for B2B SaaS companies and producing content and has proven experience in growing the brand’s presence across social channels. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive all aspects of the social publishing calendar. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Content, Product Marketing, PR, and HR teams to understand the requirements, determine the best course of action, and prescribe a distribution strategy across social media channels.
  • Responsible for end to end social media campaign management to support product launches, demand generation campaigns by leveraging engaging content that generates inbound leads, gains followers, and creates a positive brand presence for the company. 
  • Manage, facilitate and build social media communities by forming key relationships with influencers, developing forum conversations and responding to posts. 
  • Track, monitor and measure social media marketing effectiveness efforts with analytics platforms and tools.
  • Compile social media reports by communicating key findings, patterns, and trends, and identifying opportunities to amplify the social presence. 
  • Drive organic leads from sources like LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and native content distribution platforms.
  • Nurture social media ambassadors from within the organization and enable them to become influencers in their own right.
  • Stay current with social media tools and trends, marketplace competitors and emerging B2B markets, and explore unconventional means to scale our global presence. 

Requirements: 

  • A bachelor's or master's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience working in social media and content marketing roles. 

Skills: 

  • Copywriting skills and a strong social media platform acumen.
  • Adept at growing and developing social media marketing while building, nurturing and growing our company's online presence. 
  • Experience creating and managing a cross-platform social media calendar and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate target    audiences. 
  • An analytical and data-driven thinker with expert knowledge of social media and website analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in digital marketing and lead generation principles, practices and techniques.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement social media marketing plans and meet departmental goals and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, copy editing and maintaining overall brand and voice consistency.
  • Able to multitask with multiple deadlines and/or milestone requirements.
