Position Summary

The role involves having a fundamental understanding of HR value spectrum - Organisation Design, Employer Brand, Culture and Organisational Development.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end to end social media management to support the People and Culture team initiatives,demand generation campaigns by leveraging engaging content that gains followers for nurturing and growing our company's online presence. 
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams of creative personnel,and the People and Culture team  to drive content marketing initiatives.
  • Work in unison with the Talent team as and when required for promoting talent branding across social media sites and assisting in driving referrals internally and externally at MoEngage.
  • Drive organic leads from sources like LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and native content distribution platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams and key stakeholders to generate content ideas, create detailed outlines and convert them into compelling thought leadership articles
  • Conceptualize and propagate ideas for better employee engagement and culture growth.

What we are expecting:

  • 2-5 years, experienced in content creation/blog writing. A candidate who has the ability to independently take charge and hustle with a fast learning approach.
  • Someone who is tech savvy and can work with basic design tools for poster making/other creative deliverables. Added advantage- Knowledge of design/video tools.
  • A candidate who can understand the concept and initiatives taken by the People and Culture team to demonstrate our values at MoEngage,create appropriate content and circulate across various social media websites. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, copy editing and maintaining overall brand consistency.                                                                                
  • Ability to multitask with multiple deadlines and/or milestone requirements.
  • A willingness to embrace change and adapt to new strategies on the fly.
  • Good planning, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication (verbal and written) skills.
