Position Summary:

We are looking for a Content Manager - Sales Enablement to take control of our collaterals and provide the tools, assets, resources, and training to the sales team in order to improve efficiency and success. You will be responsible for equipping sales, presales, customer success, and channel teams in the areas of the sales tools and collaterals.To be successful in this role, you will need to interact heavily with the sales team to determine the gaps in the available resources and provide the necessary tools and collaterals for the Sales team. You’ll also need to work closely with the Product Marketing team to understand the product launch pipeline and plan enablement content in-line with the launch.


  • Communicate with sales, marketing, and product teams to find new product launches and gaps in resources.
  • Own the production of sales assets and materials to facilitate the sales process.
  • Assess and implement sales tools to facilitate sales and product launches.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related communications field. MBA in marketing is a plus.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in multi-channel content creation.


  • Experience working in sales and understand the pain points experienced by sales teams.
  • Experience in marketing with an understanding of communicating brand and product vision and roadmap.
  • Experience building assets and materials that are externally facing and can be used by the sales team to facilitate their sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of training techniques and best practices for onboarding or adopting new technologies.
  • Good planning, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple deadlines and/or milestone requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, including proofreading, copy editing and maintaining design consistency.
  • A willingness to embrace change and adapt to new strategies on the fly.
  • Continually learn the latest platforms, technology, tools, and marketing solutions to enhance workflow.
  • Energetic and able to work in a highly dynamic environment.
