What will you be doing ? 

As a Senior Product Manager for MoEngage Engagement product, you will use data to guide your decisions and develop solutions to pursue some of the most exciting opportunities. You will develop a hypothesis, conduct user research, and experiments to inform your product design and strategies. You will establish your product viewpoints and share them with senior leaders, partners, and customers. You will be reporting to the Sr. VP of Product. 

  • Launch products and features that solve customer problems and help them to achieve more from MoEngage’s Campaigns and Flows
  • Synthesize and drive product strategy from interactions with customers, business stakeholders, legal and policy teams, competitive insights and market trends; build and manage an actionable product roadmap
  • Define future concepts and build product roadmaps; Create business cases outlining projected impact for each initiative to be prioritized on the roadmap. Manage the entire product line’s life cycle from strategic planning to Go-to-market activities. Provide initiative rollout status & monitor impact of each initiative launched
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, product, customer success and support, and design teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and prioritization, and product delivery, sales and adoption
  • Balance trade-offs between time and scope while meeting user needs and business goals. Write detailed product requirements and end to end use cases with effective user stories to be used by engineering & design teams. Refine product backlog. 
  • Mentoring team members for success in the PM role, reviewing their work, and evaluating employee performance

Skills & Requirement : 

  • 5+ years in software product management with a consistent record of timely and quality delivery of software products
  • Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:  SaaS, Marketing Automation, Customer Communication etc.
  • Experience with Project Management tools like JIRA, able to create low-fi and high-fi mockups using Balsamiq, Sketch or any tool 
  • High bias for action with demonstrable history of identifying and resolving cross-project interdependencies 
  • Ability to juggle several initiatives and shift priorities as needed
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written communication) with a knack for storytelling
  • Data Driven with proficiency on data querying and analysis. Experience with tools like SQL,Excel, Tableau, Qlikview etc. is preferred
  • Awareness on Information Security concepts and Best Practices
