Associate Product Marketing Manager

Do you have a passion for storytelling and bringing new SaaS solutions to market through effective, creative product marketing? MoEngage is looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager for the North American region to create demand for our solutions through differentiated messaging, positioning, and marketing programs. This role will report to the North American product marketing leader. The North American team is small and growing so there are many opportunities to move into different roles as the team builds. 



  • Sales Enablement Development: Develop and update sales resources that contributes to pipeline growth and lead-nurturing programs (examples include but are not limited to: sales pitches, client presentations, case studies, webinars)
  • Copywriting and Content Creation: Write, edit and promote engaging content for our personas (blog posts, product releases notes, datasheets, website copy) with a strong focus on articulating buyer-centric value propositions and competitive differentiators
  • Cross-functional Support: Engage cross-functional teams and clients to produce compelling case studies, success stories, and campaigns supporting product launches.
  • Staying Up-to-date with the Market: Gain a deep understanding of our industry, customers’ needs, product roadmap, and competitive landscape to analyze and identify how MoEngage can solve our prospects’ engagement and retention challenges
  • Messaging Support: Assist in developing differentiated messaging and positioning, translating product features into value for our customers
  • GTM Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales development, sales, product, and customer success to support North America go-to-market strategy and drive new product launches 
  • Competitive Intelligence Support: Support sales in competitive intelligence and research to guide the creation of differentiated messaging and external facing materials



  • Must be based in the US-based, ideally in Boston or the surrounding area
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, product marketing, content marketing or communications (preferably in the B2B SaaS or martech space)
  • Experience with sales collateral development (graphic design skills are a plus)
  • Experience writing, editing, and reviewing various types of marketing content with a strong understanding of persona-based and buyer-centric messaging (such as blog posts, emails, website pages, ebooks, brochures, and landing pages)
  • Experience with creating diverse product marketing content (such as collateral, sales presentations, articles, whitepapers, video and demo scripts)
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues in different departments, geographic locations, and time zones.
