MoEngage is seeking a content expert who can drive content development and work with internal teams to execute content marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working in close partnership with sales, product, and customer success teams to develop in-depth, well-researched, and data-driven content that can accelerate sales cycles.

The content marketing team at MoEngage is focused on delivering critical content that educates, enables, and guides our audience towards better customer engagement. The content we develop helps MoEngage to emerge as a strong brand and a global leader. We do this through content that is insightful and actionable and helps product owners, marketers, and senior executives in consumer brands to sharpen their strategies and delight their end-users.

Position Summary:

MoEngage is seeking a Content Marketing Manager who can drive content development by working with internal teams. The candidate should have a working knowledge in collaborating with design, product, sales, demand generation, and SEO among other departments to develop marketing and sales enablement content. 


  • Execute initiatives while ensuring all content is on-brand, and consistent in style, quality, and tone.
  • Create, repurpose or curate content optimized for search and user experience across all channels viz. written and video content among others.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders. 
  • Generate ideas, create detailed outlines and compelling articles, and collaterals.  
  • Repurpose existing content into infographics, articles, direct mail, etc. 
  • Create educational content based on market data and insights.
  • Awareness on Information Security concepts and Best Practices


Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related communications field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in multi-channel content creation.



  • Working knowledge of marketing principles, SEO best practices, and techniques
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams of creative personnel and campaign managers
  • Adept at developing long and short-form content that appeals to customers and prospects
  • Understanding brand and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to liaise with agencies, vendors and creative/design professionals
  • Good planning, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple deadlines and/or milestone requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, viz. proofreading, editing, and consistency
  • Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new strategies on the fly
  • Continually pick up new skills and technology to enhance workflow
  • Energetic and able to work in a highly dynamic environment
