Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for managing new business development, hitting and exceeding sales targets for European market
  • Work cross functionally across SDRs, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success to drive the top of the funnel pipeline numbers needed to meet the revenue targets 
  • Work with regional marketing lead to ideate marketing strategies and initiatives and build strong market positioning for the MoEngage brand
  • Develop and maintain CxO relationships across new prospects and partners in the region
  • Evangelize key trends in the mobile marketing ecosystem and identify emerging trends in the region to shape the future of MoEngage product
  • Participate and represent MoEngage at various external events, forums to build the status of a trusted advisor on all things Customer Engagement

Skills:

  • 10 years of experience in sales preferably cloud marketing, lead generation, UX / UI technology sales 
  • Must have a strong network of clients / connections in the digital industry 
  • Must have pitched to C level executives in marketing/product or technology domain of digital-first companies 
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
  • Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
  • Must be detail-oriented, organised & self-motivated
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Proven record of achieving sales quota throughout
  • Strong Entrepreneurial spirit - Madly in pursuit of customer success/delight
