Skills and Requirements

  • A proven hunter who consistently exceeds sales targets
  • A passion for technology and all things digital
  • 10+ years Sales experience in a Marketing Technology, SaaS, Digital Marketing or AdTech
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a deep understanding of a consultative sales approach
  • The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level
  • A strong C-level network
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and ability to quickly identify the decision makers and decision-making process for large SaaS investments


  • Handling overall responsibility of managing new business development, hitting and exceeding sales targets in assigned region
  • Keep up to date and establish deep knowledge of MoEngage’s solutions and product
  • Develop and maintain C-level relationships with all key accounts and key prospects
  • Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
