Responsibilities 

  • Define, analyse and communicate key sales metrics across the globe 
  • Oversee the administration of Salesforce CRM
  • Champion the training, adoption and updation of MoEngage Sales Process 
  • Run deal desk operations by assisting teams with various proposal & contract templates
  • Plan and execute compensation plans for the entire Sales org - SDRs, AEs and PreSales 
  • Ensure the data on Opportunities is properly entered into the CRM and in a timely manner 
  • Support with Sales analytics, reporting and forecasting on a quarterly, monthly or on ad-hoc basis
  • Conceptualize and implement business process automations on various sales tools to improve sales team productivity and CRM data quality 
  • Collaborate with various downstream teams such as Finance, Customer Success for a smooth hand-off 
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to maintain reports on win-loss trends split across various regions, product offerings, customer requirements and competitors. . 
  • Ensure the sales team has appropriate reporting, dashboards and analytics with high quality of actionable data 
  • Awareness on Information Security concepts and Best Practices

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales Operations role within a SaaS company 
  • Hands-on experience of SFDC administration is a must
  • Good understanding of a sales process in a B2B selling environment
  • Shown prior experience of deploying and automating sales processes across a multi-tool Sales tech stack with teams spread across globally

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Ability to organize, multi-task and work independently on several projects and meet deadlines with high attention to detail
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree is preferred
