Marketing Programs Manager - North America

MoEngage is looking for a talented Marketing Programs Manager to join our North American team. This role will be responsible for the management and execution of marketing campaigns and demand generation programs in North America to generate new leads and pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity to create and manage integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and growth for the company. The Marketing Programs Manager will report into the North America marketing leader. The North American team is small and growing so there are many opportunities to move into different roles as the team builds. 

Responsibilities

  • Align and collaborate with North America sales team on priorities, go-to-market strategy, and lead generation programs
  • Take a strategic approach and drive implementation of marketing plan, working closely with marketing, sales development representatives, and shared services team  
  • Generate new leads and pipeline through inbound and outbound marketing tactics including: email, webinars, events, PPC, social advertising, display, SEO, third-party programs etc.
  • Write compelling content and identify opportunities to leverage existing content and campaigns for North America audiences
  • Create personalized, high value customer experiences in programs that focus on understanding customers’ needs across their buyers’ journey 
  • Test and optimize existing North America programs to improve conversion rates, while experimenting with new creative concepts
  • Implement and manage multi-channel ABM marketing campaigns that span customer touchpoints and engage our audiences
  • Identify new tactics and opportunities to foster engagement and business growth
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI

Requirements 

  • Must be based in the US or Canada
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field  
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or communications (preferably in SaaS or martech) 
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and lead nurture programs
  • Strong familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM), PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing
  • Excellent writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
