Role Description:
As a Solutions Consultant, you will be crucial in supporting our sales team, demonstrating the value of MoEngage's solutions to potential customers, and ensuring successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

Crafting customised solutions for MoEngage customers, ensuring they are best equipped to utilise our solutions.

Collaborating with the sales team to provide technical expertise during product demonstrations and customer consultations.

Qualifying, Crafting and Responding to RFXs from across industries to position MoEngage as the best-fit solution.

Conducting relevant proof-of-concept (PoC) exercises and presenting results to potential customers.

Assisting our customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of MoEngage's solutions.

Providing customer insights to our product team to enhance the development of new features or products.

Delivering compelling presentations demonstrating the versatility of MoEngage solutions.
Key Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar fields.

Ability to identify specific business values quickly and translate the same into a compelling story supplemented by MoEngage’s value proposition.

4 to 6 years of experience working as a solutions consultant or pre-sales consultant within a SaaS organization.

Prior solutions consulting experience with marketing automation platforms (CEPs), customer data platforms (CDPs) and Analytics platforms.

Fluency in English, and German.

Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to travel on occasion to meet customer needs.
