Job Description:

As part of the European Sales team, the successful candidate will assist in the creation of compelling sales pitches and boost the sales pipeline. Even though this role will be based in India, the working hours will be synchronised with the UK timezone (2:00 PM - 11:30 PM IST).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in the development of persuasive sales pitches to acquire potential European clients.

2. Guiding the sales team, providing technical expertise and demonstrative evidence of the MoEngage platform.

3. Conducting RFP assessments and presenting documentation and responses convincingly to potential clients.

4. Collaborating with the sales team for the development and execution of sales strategies.

5. Handling technical queries during sales meetings and liaising closely with the technical team to address client questions effectively.

6. Maintaining an active knowledge of industry and market trends to advise and consult resources on winning competitive strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

2. 3 to 5 years of pre-sales experience, preferably within a SaaS organisation.

3. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

4. Ability to work in synchronisation with the UK timing.

5. Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.

6. Highly motivated individual, with strong problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
