About Campaigns Team

 

The campaigns team is one of the core teams at MoEngage, responsible for sending close to three billion daily notifications to help clients engage their users better. As a member of the Campaigns team, you will be developing high-performance solutions to deliver personalized and context-based notifications across various Outbound and Inbound channels to help achieve increased customer retention and customer LTV. You will also design and build features to help clients provide a customized experience for end-users, giving them a more personalized experience at scale. Here, you will have a chance to own systems and develop features end to end, i.e., from inception to deployment. Reliability is of utmost importance to us, and we build in-house solutions to ensure 100% transparency and delivery of notifications.

Campaigns Inbound Team 

Campaigns Inbound team is responsible for all the user engagement within the customer's mobile, web, and TV apps. This includes InApp Messages, Nudges, Cards and Personalization channels. The team handles <50ms P99 for millions of requests every day. The team is building cutting-edge products and features for our customers to engage their users in a new and intuitive way.

 

Skill Requirements

  • Proven experience in handling large infrastructure and distributed systems

  • Familiarity with Python or Java and related technologies and frameworks like Django, Pyramid or Spring.

  • Familiarity with at least one of the cloud computing infrastructures - AWS / GCP / Azure  

  • Familiarity with task queue frameworks like Celery, Pika or Samza is a plus.

  • Tech Stack - Python, Java, Redis, Elastics Search, MongoDB, ScyllaDB, Falcon, Celery, AWS (EC2, SQS, S3), Linux
